The Sanding Drum from ARMINIUS are as usual made of high quality aluminum. They are equipped with a rubber pimple coating. The large number of nubs which are arranged in a spiral offset, give the ARMINIUS sanding hedgehog a high flexibility and a uniform homogeneous sanding pattern. These also prevent burn marks on the wood.
With the ARMINIUS Sanding Drum and end brush, you can process all surfaces (such as wood, metal, plastics, mineral materials and much more) in no time at all. Due to the extremely low weight of approx. 400 g, our sanding and end brushes are also perfect for use in a standard drill.
ARMINIUS sanding drums – reliable, versatile, durable
ARMINIUS sanding drums are manufactured with the highest precision from high-quality aluminum. They are equipped with a rubber nub coating. The large number of nubs and their spirally staggered arrangement make for a high degree of flexibility and a uniformly homogeneous sanding pattern. This design has proven itself in practice for many years. It prevents burn marks and heat-related discoloration of the wood. Each sanding drum has a lid with a bayonet lock. This guides the sanding sleeve during processing and prevents it from slipping. The sanding sleeves themselves are made of a high-quality linen fabric. They are simply pushed over the rubber nubs and, with their open spread, ensure optimum low-wear and long use. Standard abrasive sleeves are available in grain sizes 80, 100, 120, 150 and 180. Other grain sizes are available on request.

The sanding strip is manufactured with individually designed sanding lamella. This applies to the immersion depth as well as the width of furrows and slits. Depending on your individual requirements, the outer contour may be round, pointed or blunt.

The best part about our sanding brushes, however, is that you will only need to replace a small amount of consumable material. The two-part design of the brush elements saves money and is environmentally friendly, at the same time. Only the sanding strip needs to be replaced, while the sanding bristle strip remains in use for an extended period.
