Perfect sanding results in window construction

One of ARMINIUS’ long-standing customer companies is modernizing its manufacturing processes. Through daily use, both management and employees have become fully convinced of the quality of our products. Thus, it was decided to convert all sanding processes in window production from manual machines to stationary machines with ARMINIUS sanding tools.

The company produces high-quality windows, front doors, and sunrooms. A major challenge here is to maintain consistent surface quality as well as a safe and fast production flow. The sanding of the glued window frames and sashes is carried out with window tools of the ARMINIUS standard series “BASIC-Line” on table milling machines. As a result, all window frames can now be sanded with a targeted and precise stock removal.
